Leeds Bridal Village

This is a mixed review. The store offers a great range of beautiful dresses at affordable prices (there seems to be a sale on all the time). So value for money is great, however when the dress was returned to be steamed, firstly on returning to pick it up, the owner said it hadn't been dropped off (I was there when it was dropped off), then admitted it had been dropped off, but wasn't ready. Not a big deal really. On the wedding day as we were leaving the house, the bride asked for her matching bag & wrap. They weren't there as the shop had not returned them with the dress. On returning to the shop to complain no apology was, made & no mention of any compensation. It seems this shop is amazing for sales & not so amazing for after sales care.
