Kiss The Bride, Carnforth, Lancashire

I met Jan at a wedding fayre & as a bride to be who was a little apprehensive about trying on wedding dresses I was instantly at ease, I went into the shop a week or so later & was instantly made to feel welcome, nothing was to much trouble!! It didn't take long before I found 'the one' because of the amazing service & friendly atmosphere I went on to purchase 3 adult bridesmaid dresses, 1 flower girl dress & a mother of the bride outfit from kiss the bride! The dresses they supply are different too, not the same old you see in most shops in the area!! The dresses were all perfect, the alterations were done & perfect on the first fitting, Jan even came to dress us on the day!! Every part of my experience with kiss the bride was perfect & I would highly recommend them to anybody!

This is the most friendliest wedding shop I've come across in the north west!!! The service is fantastic, there was no pressure and didn't feel intimidated.I would totally recommend Kiss the Bride to every one!!!Good work girls keep it up!!

I really couldn't fault anything from Kiss the Bride. I found other dress shops stuffy with unhelpful assistants who only want your money.

Kiss the Bride take the time to help you choose a dress but don't force you to buy they suggest trying other shops then come back if you like.

I also managed to get a fantastic pair of shoes and amazing tiara from there (much cheaper than elsewhere) and because I'm a small frame had loads of alteration which were done so well and really quickly.

It's my big day on Saturday - I can't wait to wear my dress and want to thanks Kiss the Bride for doing such a great job.

When I first walked into kiss the bride, I noticed the warm, and friendly atmosphere. Nicky and Jan could not have done anymore to make me feel relaxed. Love my dress, fits perfectly. Totally disagree with the first negative comments on this site, I think that they are talking about another kiss the bride because all they have done is bend over backwards to help me. There is obviously no pleasing some people.

My mother and I were very disappointed with the service we received from Kiss the Bride.

The three bridesmaids' dresses we'd ordered arrived seven weeks later than agreed and in the wrong fabric; partly in chiffon rather than the requested net, and partly in a satin, which we did not want.

Kiss the Bride did offer to replace the chiffon with net, but this would still have left us with the satin, as well as the worry that satisfactory alterations may not be made in time for the wedding.

As the dresses were such poor quality, we decided to lose the £180 deposit and ordered new dresses from a professional Morecambe-based retailer, who provided us with an excellent service and three gorgeous dresses in just the five remaining weeks.

We'd never recommend Kiss the Bride; we were disappointed with both the products and the customer service.

Their knowledge of the wedding experience makes for a smooth running of what could be a anxcious time for any bride to be. Thoroughly recommended!

I have bought my dress from Kiss The Bride and the service was fab! It doesn't matter what colour, size or style dress you are looking for, they will try their best to meet your needs. I know 100% that if a dress is bought by somebody then it is not shown to anybody else, let alone worn on a cat walk. I know this, as I have done a catwalk for Kiss The Bride.
