Imagine Bridal Couture, Guildford, Surrey

I went to imagine bridal and found the lady's all very helpful. They have beautiful dresses and do listen to what you want. They did ask me my budget (as i have found happens in many bridal shops) and were then very helpful for me to stay in my budget. With a good idea of what they had in the shop that would suit me and that was not over my budget. (my budget was about 1000-1500).

I would recommend going to imagine, the only thing i found was that they were a little pushy for me to buy the dress i liked then and there. wich i resisted although i will now be returning to purchase from them)

I visited Imagine last Saturday and was totally impressed by their service. I have been to 5 other shops in the area and nothing compared to the experience at this store.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and constructive.

I bought a beautiful gown by Stephanie Allin and cant wait to wear it.

The dresses are not over the top with bling, they have clean lines and amazing fabrics.

I cannot recommend this shop highly enough.

I had an appointment at this place on a saturday september morning. The member of staff's first question was my budget and when i tried to explain originally my budget was much smaller and i hadn't found my perfect dress she proceed to tell me i was in the wrong shop for a start. I was very upset as i had entered the appointment excited and enthusiastic.Reluctantly she took me upstairs to more designs but whenever i asked to try anything on she seemed to always dismiss them as 'not being right for me' without any apparent explanation? I felt as though she had taken one look at me and thought i was not good enough for the shop!She proceeded to pick out an array of dresses i really didn't like, none of which suited any description i had shown any interest in. I did make the lady aware of how she had made me feel. All in all i left in tears and found the whole experience upsetting. Like a scene in the film pretty woman.
