They trade from China. You will be charged extra, unexpected import fees, and you will not be able to return anything. I complained through Paypal, and though they refused to refund at first, Paypal refunded my money when it was escalated. If you have been scammed, it may not be worth chasing directly, but complain to the Information Commissioner about unlawful transfer of personal data to non-EU countries, and to trading standards and advertising authorities. They should be shut down. There was nothing about them that was good. Dress was sent only after 30 days. They refused to honour the Distance Selling Regulations. In a word ... don't.

This company trades from the far east and are not based in the UK. They have a beautiful website offering great discounts but it is all nonsense. Yes you will get a dress at a supposedly discount price but it may not fit or be the right material and when you try and send it back or get a refund, you will have to jump through hoops, send stupid pictures of you in the dress, get put off about high postage costs and restocking fees and may never get your money back. I gave up after 3 months of fighting and ended up selling my dress on eBay for an eighth of the price I paid for as it was no good to me. You may be lucky but be warned, a UK size 8 girl for 12 years ordered a size 8 dress and couldn't get into it then couldn't get her money back!!!

I received a bridesmaid dress from this company last week. I paid £63 for the dress and £14 delivery. I measured my bridesmaid and had the dress custom made for her and chose a satin dress. When it arrived it was 100% polyester, if I had wanted polyester I would have asked for it and certainly would not have paid a total of £77.28! The dress also was very big on her and badly made,stitching coming undone etc. I emailed the company and they asked me to send some pictures of the dress and I did so. They then emailed me back the next day saying that the dress is,as they put it, "as beautiful as advertised and the right material" and said I could keep the dress! I cannot use it and will have to buy my bridesmaid another dress. My advice to everyone is go to a shop because when companies are in places like China as this one is they take your money and you have no way of getting it back.

This dress is beautiful! I was very apprehensive about buying this online because I've never bought clothing online, but I'm very glad that I decided to go ahead and get this.
