Janet Masters and her company I Do Weddings have taken my hard earned savings for our wedding which was due to happen April 23rd 2011.£6800 in total. Never do business with this woman or any Business she is involved with. My wedding is now off

The team at I do made my dream a reality. The dress was perfect - the bridesmaids dresses which were made to measure were perfect - the dressing of the veue was perfect. I couldnt of asked for a better day and cannot recomend this compant enough.

I would like the opportunity to show you all the shambles of four bridesmaids dresses that I was offered less than two weeks before my daughter's wedding even though I gave the order for the dresses to be made ten months earlier.

Janet Masters' dressmaker David, "dressmaker to celebrities" according to Janet Masters, produced some of the worst work I have ever witnessed!

I had to pay another seamstress to carry out remedial work and Janet Masters now refuses to pay me for my costs as well as other issues.

I intend taking the case to County Court if the Trading Standards people can't bring about a resolution which satisfies both parties.

I wouldn't use them again and would certainly not even begin to think of recommending I Do Wedding Services to anyone - they will wreck someone's wedding day - just like they almost did with ours!

I have nothing but praise for Janet and her team. She is planning my themed wedding for October and has been professional helpful and always on hand to help me with the intricate planning involved. I did not find this review at all pertinent to the experience that i have had of the professionalism at I Do Weddings.

i went to I Do Wedding Services looking for my dress and bridesmaid dresses, they suggested having my 5 dresses made, after 3 different people measured us i started worrying when 8 weeks to go i had seen no dresses. after alot of phone calls in the end they told me nothing had been made!! but another lady would put us something together!!this lady didnt even know how to hold the tape measure. she was reluctant to give us a refund which we did manage to get. but had no dresses with 8 weeks to go. then on top of that when i went to pay the final payment for the table dispalys that she was also doing for us, she told me she wanted another £250 because they had been damaged at a previous wedding.we told them no so then we had to find others with 3 weeks to go. we got married last week all went well in the end.
