Very fake staff, all kissy and darling, not my cup of tea. The main owner offers "dress cleaning" in most cases she soaks them in her bath at home, not professional at all. The dress box service are cheap copies from China. She has even been known to our clients dresses in her own personal washing machine, no professional cleaning at all, nothing the dress owner couldn't do. She hates most of the ladies that model for her referring to one in particular as a typical Stevenage slapper, another oh she's just plain as her sister got all the looks but she will have to do. Just watch yourselves if you decide to go here! Don't say you haven't been warned.

Lovely shop with some outsanding dresses. The service was professional and I have to say, we were treated like royalty.

We kept to our allocated appointment time and didn't feel rushed at all - even though I must have tested the patience a bit!! We discussed colours, themes and even had matching neckwear made for the boys.

All in all, great experience and would definitely recommend to a friend.
