Go Bridal - Tumbridge Wells

Absolutely useless, repeatedly rude and whole experience was rushed. I was disgusted with the service received, I would definately not recommend anyone to shop with these people that claim to have '10 years bridal experience'. They clearly havent worked on their people skills or customer service. I wasnt even able to try on a dress behind a curtain, I was told to get changed in full view of my family whilst still partly dressed with my jeans on!! It was not an experience I'd wish on any new bride, and the first moment my mum ever saw her daughter in her wedding dress, it was not the way I had ever imagined or expected it. When the service was complained about there was no apology or any remorse surrounding the appalling service. I would strongly suggest to STEER CLEAR!! Go somewhere where your money will be well spent, appreciated, and get the service you deserve! Hope this prevents anyone contemplating whether to shop with this particular bridal retailer.
