i have to date bought 3 dresses from floras, absolutly delighted, excellant value for money, you would pay treble buying from shop, workmanship excellant., they have also said when they would deliver and it was on time approx 2 weeks, nothing is a problem from them, well done and thank all the staff at floras

I found a wedding dress I loved.....Just ordered it yesterday. It just so happened I trembled across these reviews and a little nervous what I might be receiving! What I have noticed though is the website location changes and sometimes I can't even find it again. I will type in Florasdresses or now you can't find it under that you have to put Florasdress, floras wedding apparel. I also found it odd that I'll pull the dress I purchased, when I've located the site again, I've find the price varies....from 219.00 up to 309.00. And what's more odd the site appearance changes. Well I'll have to wait & see when my dress arrives whether I will recommend it or not.

I was a little worried after reading the reviews on this page but being on a tight budget decided to do it anyway but wasnt really expecting much. i found the dress i wanted in a bridal magazine and it was priced at $2800 sent the photo to floras bridal and got great and friendly service it was a detailed dress and got told it would take 2 weeks to make and would be $230 my dress just arrived and wow i am so happy! it is exactly as the photo and is beautifully made! it took the exact time they said it would be and I dont know how they made it for such a low price I would def recommend this company to anyone on a budget they have truly made my day

This was an awful experience. They may seem like they're good service, but then you get the dress...need to say the dress was horribly tailored and also TOO SHORT! I gave them my exact measurments many times, and it still only went to my shins...

I'm embarrassed for trusting them.

Now to top it off I can't get them to return my money.

I ordered a dress from this website a while ago for my senior prom,I found exactly what I was looking for and the price was right. The one thing that concerned me right off the bat was that when I tried to pay with my PayPal account it wouldnt let me, hint one that it was a scam. As soon as I entered the credit card number and everything they needed to know I looked in my bank account and the money was gone immediately, hint two that it was a scam. After ordering I looked at reviews of this "business", come to find out some people had a great experience and others hadnt even received a dress, I was beginning to think that I would be one of the ones who never received a dress. I tried getting in contact with them more than once and I didnt have any success at all. Their live support is okay but not really what I was expecting because they really dont know what their talking about and try to lead you in circles not giving you any answers. Once I talked to a woman from the live support section and she told me it would be a 3 hour wait. Also at about 6 Am on EASTER MORNING they called screaming into my answering machine about a wedding dress that I ordered asking what color belt I wanted around the dress when I had already told them about 6 time, very poor communication. Once I finally received my dress it was wrapped in a black package, that said something like "Air Mail China" on the front, to be honest I was scared to open the package. Once I did the dress was very wrinkled,smelled horrible, and had what looked like oil stains on the front. Everytime it was nice outside I had to hang the dress out to air it out and this still really didnt help. All in all it took about 3 or more months to receive the dress. It looked great but there were a couple of things that we had to fix, like the oil stain. It was an easy fix, just moving the bow to the other side but still, their a very poor "business" to deal with. I WOULD NOT reccommend them.

I ordered from this website a while ago. Like others, I don't want to spend 1000 Dollars just for a dress I wear some hours. It cost me sort of 250 Dollars for everything. You cannot expect a 1000 dollar looking dress for that amount BUT you can expect a dress that is defenitly worth that 250 Dollars. I gave my exact measurements and it fits me perfectly. The client service online was great. For delivery they use Fedex. Give an adress where somebody is always available otherwise they don't give your package. Fedex client service sucks but NOT Floralbridal.com. I'm ordering again anyway.

Thank-you for the wedding dress. It is very well made and was true to size, I just have to alter the length. Although the dress isn't exactly as stated, such as the fabric, it is still worth the $220 I paid. I would have liked to see a picture of the actual dress I was going to receive. That's just a suggestion. If you are looking for a dress that looks good and is affordable, florasbridal is the place. I talked to online chat throughout the process until I received the dress, they were very helpful.

The wedding dress is exquisite, very well made, and perfect to the measurements I provided. The customer service was excellent and my questions were always answered promptly. The dress arrived a week earlier than expected. Such service has greatly helped to reduce our pre-wedding stress level! We highly recommend! Thank you!

I ordered my wedding dress on 18th July 2010 and was on my doorstep by 3rd Aug 2010. Absolutely sensational service and product.My dress wasnt exactly as the picture,but beautiful and very well made.it only cost me $200 AU and have seen it here in the wedding shops for $2000.

It has been well over a month, no dress, I too have emailed and talked to live chat and nothing. Really I knew better. I wish I had found this website before I bought. I didnt know of floras bridal until after I paid. I bought from honeysbridal.
