Ordered a Christmas sweater for my girlfriend before I saw some of the more concerning reviews on here. Considering I was ordering from China, shipping time wasn't too bad. I received the sweater in about two and a half weeks with plenty of time before the holidays. The sweater itself wasn't bad quality. It was cross-stitched and had the exact design of the picture. The problem was the bizarre size. There was no option to choose a size so I assumed that it would hang freely and be kind of baggy. That was not the case at all. My girlfriend is a classic medium when it comes to tops and it fits her torso comfortably but the sleeves barely make it past her elbow. It's just a really strange fit. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the purchase though because it's a unique sweater and it came cheap.

Ordered bridesmaid dress, it was NOT embellished with rose appliques on bust as shown AND AS WRITTEN DESCRIPTION, it had hot pink sequins instead (on a red dress?)! Noone will answer the email requests for an RMA, as we did EXACTLY as were instructed on the website for return. The dress arrived wrapped in silver duct tape packaging which was odd, very wrinkled. Fabric is like a crunchy newspaper, I did not expect a 1000 dollar dress for 110 dollars but it doesnt have the bustle finger holder, nor the train for that matter! The zipper arrived broken and noone will get back to us, pictures, emails (multiple times). The size four was so small on the bust area that even when I took it to the tailor to have it fixed, it was so big in the waist but so RIDICULOUSLY tight in the bust area there was no fixing it! It would have cost more than I paid. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO RESPONSE, NO NUMBER TO CALL, NO ANSWER TO EMAILS, BAD QUALITY, BAD SERVICE (EXCUSE ME, NO SERVICE) THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, SEND YOU WHATEVER THEY WANT!!! I know the prices are unbeleivable, but trust me...there is a reason why!!!!!!!!

I was a tad worried about ordering my dress from china bit i did it anyway... it arrived a few weeks later and is just as pretty as the picture i am very very pleased with what i have received and the price as well ... farawaygirl....

STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT TO MAKE A GIFT TO AN UNPROFESSIONAL SELER IN CHINA!!!!! Do not take a chance with this manufactures of dresses. If something goes wrong with your product there is no one to address the problem to. The company ignores you after they receive the payment. Their business ends with charging you for whatever you order and shipping you something that you cannot wear. I ordered two dresses online from fashion in the box website. The dresses they display on the pictures looked amazing, but the reality was that I received cheaply made product that did not look anything like the picture. The dresses were unwearable and extremely poorly made. The same dresses advertised on their website were beautiful and lavishly decorated with embroideries. I received dresses with different "embroideries" that were actually glued to the dress and started falling apart before i put the dress on. Both of the dresses were falling apart before even worn. The materials they used were so cheap. My dresses were supposed to be custom made. I sent all the measures needed. None of the dresses I received fit. I would have had better chance to find a dress that fits by just randomly walking in a store and picking the first dress that I could find. I I contacted the company and explained in details the issues with those dresses. I received an email saying that as a responsible seller the company will resolve the problem. They asked me to send pictures of the dresses and the defects. I did so. After that I never received another email from them, even though I sent them numerous emails. No doubt that these dressed were manufactured in Asia, so you would expect some quality trade off. I never expected the quality that a brand name will give you but i did expect something that I could actually wear. All this company cares about is to have you order and pay online. After that you are on your own. The customers' complaints are simply ignored. I hope this review will make a difference in your decision. It will pay off to look somewhere else . I would have given them no stars if I could.

I am a 53 year old woman who ordered a dress from the Mother of the Bride selection to get married in. I ordered my size and waited patiently. When the dress arrieved one week before my wedding, I was crushed. For starters the dressed was sent folded in what seemed like an 8x10 size, but very wrinkled. Then when trying on the dress, I was sent the wrong size, and the dress was not all all made like the one I had ordered. I was so devastated, with my wedding only a week away. After paying $156.00 for the dress, I had to go out and spend an addtional $300.00 for a new dress. This was my first wedding and just because I am up in my years did not mean that I did not have the dreams of younger brides wanting everthing to be just right. After several e-mail attempts, I still yet to be compensated for my grief. I will never reccommend anyone to this website. Should have followed the old saying of A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS.

MY DAUGHTER FELL IN LOVE WITH A DRESS ON LINE AND I TRIED TO TALK HER OUT OF IT, BECAUSE I WAS WORRIED HOW THE DRESS WOULD LIKE LIKE,AND I SHOULD HAVE WENT WITH MY GULT FEELINGS,BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER AND I WAS JUST SO UPSET AND VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE DRESS. THE DRESS WAS ROLLED UP AND PUT IN THE SMALLEST DHL BAG THEY COULD FIND, SO THE DRESS WAS WRINKLE AND THEY DID NOT SEW THE BOTTOM OF THE DRESS RIGHT. THE DRESS IS TOO SHORT IN THE FRONT. ALSO THE MATERIAL OF THE DRESS FEELS AND LOOKS LIKE A CHEAP TABLE CLOTH THAT YOU WOULD GET FROM THE DOLLAR STORE. MY DAUGHTER'S HEART WAS BROKEN...I NOW HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMEONE TO FIX THE MISTAKES AND TAKE OUT THE WINKLES... I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE THAT I KNOW AND IF I WERE YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMAPNY.... ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MAKING MONEY...

the bad part is that I read all of these reviews before making my decision to buy the dresses. I know that is was because of how cheap they were. First off, thier cutomer service sucks. How could you not have any phone access to your customers? I received my dressed within 30 days I was appalled!!! The dresses came in a vaccumm sealed bag. 3 DRESSES CAME IN A VACCUMMED SEALED BAG SMALLER THAN A BEACH BALL!!! i ordered a flowergirl dress a size 5t and it looked like a 8 in little girls. My dress looked like it was made out of some sort of shower curtain material. It looked like it came from the dollar store. Like the tailors tried to make a replica of the dress but did it in a very cheap way. They added an uneven tail and the from of the dress had a pouch in the front. The dress was also a bleach white color. i mean i was horrified but then again it was also expected after reading your reviews. I WOULD NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEVER EEEEEEEEEVER RECCOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE!PPL REALIZE THAT ITS SO CHEAP BCUZ THE PRODUCTS ARE SO CHEAP!

I was very anxious about purchasing from this website due to the mixed reviews, however I thought I should take the risk anyway - and the risk paid off, I received my dress today (earlier than expected) and the dress looks amazing - both in style and quality.

The staff were very helpful and responded to my emails promptly.

I will definitely be recommending this website.

I never have written a negative review about anything before, but I was so incredibly displeased with my purchase from this company that I felt it necessary. I paid for expedited shipping one full month before my high school's prom so that it would make it in time and it never arrived. I was left three days before with no dress to wear. Customer Service was horrible- almost nonexistent. Do not buy from this company, or this will happen to you too!!

I had doubts about getting my dress online, especially since I had to have my dress custom made because of my height. I was afraid it wouldn't get delivered on time, and I was afraid the quality of the dress would be low. However, I got my dress with plenty of time to spare, it fit me perfectly, and it looked exactly like it did on the sight I bought it off of. I would recommend buying a dress off of this sight to anyone who is skeptical of buying dresses online, I don't think you will be disappointed. The prices are relatively low as well.
