I would give this no stars if it were possible. I cannot urge brides enough to steer clear of this awful shop. It was a nightmare from the start. I ordered my dress from Deborah at this studio flat come shop last June as I am getting married this May and after chasing for updates due to not hearing from her she finally admitted 3 months before my wedding that she cancelled the order and I would not be getting my dress. She advised me that I had enough time to order another one which is completely untrue as this dress had to be ordered from Pronovias in Barcelona with a 5-6 month wait. I called other shops and told me to expect it a couple of weeks before my wedding and that was before any alterations needed to be done. She could have filled me in on this months earlier so I didn't have a major meltdown. Awful shop, awful woman, so unprofessional and the last thing a bride needs that close to her wedding.
