When I first visited Eternal Brides I felt very comfortable and relaxed and tried on nearly every dress they had, I finally decided on my dream dress and was very confident in my choice and had every faith in the shop, so went ahead and ordered my dress without visiting other shops. Upon paying for half of the dress 13 Months before my wedding I was advised to go back for a fitting in December, this fitting never happened but I was told not to worry! I had to keep contacting the shop to find out when my dress would be in, I gave them a deadline and suspiciously my dress then turned up on the exact deadline. The dress was HUGE, I had to pay an extra £75 for alterations and once collecting after alterations (1 week before my wedding), the dress had some suspicious marks (looked like orange make up) possibly suggesting I had been given the shop sample and it was never my custom made dress that I had paid for after all. I found staff in this shop to seem incompetent and unprofessional and I thought that just the sheer lack of communication from their side was very disappointing. I still find myself wishing I'd never purchased my gown from there. I have complained since but to no avail as yet.
