This site will NOT refund any $$ if you request a refund. We ordered five bridesmaids dresses and they arrived promptly, but they were NOTHING like the online picture - different style, hemline, fabric. We contacted them immediately, but they dragged it on and on and finally offered a 5% refund on a purchase of over $600! The customer service is non-existent! BEWARE!

We ordered our bridesmaid dresses from this site, the dresses in the picture were knee length, with a nice flowing skirt and supposed to be made with satin AND Chiffon...The dress we received was a stretch satin NO CHIFFON and a bubble hem which resulted in each of the dresses being thigh high...We contacted Dace to return the dresses for a refund and was told they DO NOT REFUND, that is not noted on their site. The refund policy on the site notes a form will be shipped with the dresses for refund purposes, no form, no refund and now we are stuck with these dresses that are fit for only a clown to wear. Buyer beware this site is not reputable, go with the Light in the Box they are far more reasonable and reliable.

This site is a RIP OFF! We ordered five bridesmaids dresses based on the pictures and material offered online. The pictures were lovely and seemed exactly what I wanted for my wedding. The dresses arrived - the sizes were all off, the fabric was TOTALLY different than what was ordered, and the hemline was about six inches shorter than advertised. The site claims that they include a form for returns/refunds, however, no such form was included. We have been emailing back and forth with them for over a week now, and for our investment of over $500, they are saying they don't do refunds but are willing to take back the dresses (which they will no doubt re-sell) and "kindly" offer a refund of 10% of what we paid. The return is at our cost and the "generous refund" would not even cover the cost of shipping them back. Please, Please, Please, do NOT use this website to order dresses for such an important occasion as your wedding!! They will rip you off, big time!
