Creation, Wigan

Everything was fantastic-Creation could not do enough to ensure everything was perfect- can never thank them all enough!!

I went into Creation because I read the review by the lady in her fifties who said she was not made to feel like a granny because she was getting married.

I an 51 and am getting married next April. I said I was looking for an ivory dress, not strapless, and simple lines. Basically, something for an older lady. I was simply told they had nothing like that told to visit another shop in Wigan which sells cruse wear.

A very negative experience.

I married on September 3rd 2011 and wore a lovely Romantica bridal gown I bought from Creation,Wigan

I`m 56 so hardly the young blushing bride and initially went into Creation looking for bridesmaid dresses for our grandchildren, not expecting to feel comfortable enough nor confident enough to find a suitable wedding gown for myself.

I met Sharon who works in Creation and right from the start she put me at ease, was patience personified and not the least pushy. I would never have felt so comfortable in a huge bridal wear shop and right from the start Creation felt personal with intimate surroundings.

I not only bought my wedding dress but also 3 bridesmaid dresses for the girls and all the way along I tried to deal with Sharon whenever possible.

When our grand daughters went for fittings they were dealt with patiently and pleasantly which is important for young children.

My dress fittings were a delight and on my wedding day my husband`s jaw nearly hit the floor when he saw me in my dress.

I went into Creation feeling like a 56 year old Granny but came out feeling 100 % the bride.

I just want to say a big thankyou to Linda at creation and all her staff for helping make my daughters wedding day (19-03-11) so memorable.

I went to creation along with my daughter in April 2010 as I had had my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses made there for my wedding almost 28 years ago. As we walked in I immediately saw a familiar smiling face, it was Linda who had fitted me for my dress all those years ago.

It was so nice to see in this day and age that the professional fiendly relaxed service was still there.

In short my daughter purchased her bridal gown and six (3 different designs) bridesmaid dresses from creation. I would like to commend creation for the service, friendly relaxed atmosphere and craftmanship, nothing was to much trouble, even at three weeks before the wedding when my daughter decided she would prefer a corset back to her dress rather than the zip, the dress was altered at no extra charge. We had 108 guests at the day time reception even the men commented on how beautiful all the dresses were, the photographer said it was one if the most beautiful weddings she had ever photographed. I would recommend this shop to anyone and hope creation will be around for a long time to come. Once again a big big thankyou.

I bought my wedding dress and 3 bridesmaid dresses for Creation. I cannot fault this shop and the ladies in there. I ordered my dresses 12 months before my wedding in Oct 2010. The helped me throught the process, letting me know when and where I was needed, what I needed etc.

They even give out advice on items they don't sell, like shoes and underwear.

They are so helpful and made the experience better than I expected.

They were the first shop I went into and they made me feel so welcome.

I tried other shops, and other dresses, however I return to Creation, due to the fact I fell in love with the first dress I found and the service for which I recieved.

Don't go anywhere other shop than this one.

i went into creation in december 2009 with my daughter to look at prom dresses the lady who attended to us was very helpful and patient and kind to my 16 year old daughter who tried 3 prom dresses on they all looked lovely on but eventually my daughter picked the one that suited her the most,so obviously that is the one ,i would crtainly recommend creation and if i would have the oppurtunity to pick a prom dress then i would have been stuck for choice.

Creation was the first bridal shop I visited, and the last!! The staff were fantastic, they asked me what kind of dress i had in mine, then picked out 3 dresses for me to try on. I fell in love with the first one, but was encouraged to try on the other 2, just incase!! Afterwards i put the first 1 back on, and this is the dress that i purchased! The lady made me feel very relaxed and at ease and couldnt have done more, i definately would recommend to a friend.

I visited creation today to try on brides dresses. The service was fantastic, the lady was helpful and not at all pushy. They had a good selection of wedding dresses as well as prom dresses. i would definitly reccomend this shop to a friend!

Creation Wedding dresse's what can i say, my daughter was looking for a wedding dress and went to creation where she was met with the smiling more than helpful staff,they could not have been more welcoming and made my daughter feel very special nothing was to much trouble for them.

Bringing four dresse's out for her to try then she saw one she liked more and asked to try that one on without hesitation it was taken from the rail and she was helped into it she looked lovely and said it had to be that one.

I would just like to add all the staff could not have done more but were not over the top and allowed us to look at the different dresse's on offer before approaching us to ask if we needed help.

My daughter is still excited and will look beautiful on her wedding day and that is all thanks to the help and support of the lovely staff.

i love creations in wigan. i have been to approx 6 other wedding dress shops and this one was the best
