having just purchased a wedding dress from confetti and lace for my daughter I would like to warn every-one to stay well away. They were so attentive and helpful to buy the dress but as soon as there was a problem it was a different matter. To this day ( its been approx 10/12 weeks) no one from head office has even answered our calls or letters. The only way to have contact other than the shop is by e-mail to the area manager. The shop manageress says she has no authority to deal with things herself so every-thing is passed on through a third party. we had no time or money left to fight this but please beware, its heart-breaking when things go so wrong a few weeks before your wedding.
