Charades Bridal, Wolverhampton

A very upsetting experience. I visited this shop to try on some wedding dresses and it was a dreadful experience. It is really run down inside, the women that work there are rude. They made inappropriate comments about my appearance and made me very upset. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I took my £2000 somewhere else.

This shop is terrible, the owner is very rude commenting on peoples size etc. They put you in dresses that do not work and try and force you into buying. Too many dresses crammed into a small space, horrible decor.
