I purchased a made to order wedding dress from callbeth.com and was initially very pleased with their communication and service. However when the dress arrived I was disappointed to discover stains on the material which in itself was of poor quality and unlike the description or images on their site. It was suggested I use some detergent to remove the stains which was a very unsatisfactory response as I felt at this point the garment should be returned and a refund or compensation offered. Naturally the quick response and communication ceased once I complained and requested my money back. I warn other brides to be not to use this company. You will waste your money and cause a lot of dress stress!!
