Closed

we visited Boda Bridal Shop towards the end of June 13 & found staff helful & curteous. Imagine our suprise today when we returned to find Boda Brides had closed but a new business, Chester Rose, has taken over the premises and told that it became vacant in July. So relieved that we didn't pay a deposit on a wedding gown back in June!

I Only Have 50 Words So, In Short, The Scottish Sa

I only have 50 words so, in short, the Scottish sales assistant in Boda Bridal really should consider a career change and it will probably be to the shop's advantage when she goes on maternity leave. A request for an extra chair was met with rudeness as was my request to use a toilet ("we don't have one, only in the changing room" - so, actually there was a toilet!). My daughter left feeling rushed and despondent. She was even told "you've only got an hour" - which really didn't need pointing out to us. We subsesquently visited Aristocrats...who really do know how to treat potential customers!

The Scottish sales assistant has now left Boda Bridal we cannot apologise enough for your shocking treatment in fact we are horrified as we pride ourselves on our customer service. We would like to wish you all the best with the rest of your wedding plans.

Best wishes

I Bought My Wedding Dress From The Tia By Benjamin

I bought my wedding dress from the Tia by Benjamin Roberts collection at Boda Bridal last December and got married in July of this year. It was by far the best bridal boutique I visited in Chester. It was the only one that offered my Mum and I bucks fizz on our first appointment and we were also offered this on subsequent visits. My Dad also came with us on one occasion and again he was made to feel really welcome and loved the whole Boda experience! The staff are also really good at making you feel as if you've got the whole place to yourself and I never felt rushed. There was also no communal changing room experience either which made it much easier to relax! Another bonus for me was that I live two hours from Chester, which means I always need the loo as soon as I arrive and we were always welcome to use their toilet! All the staff seem to genuinely love weddings and helping brides find their perfect dress. A visit to Boda is a must for any bride-to-be you won't regret it.

Although I Didn't Buy My Dress From Boda, I Did Pu

Although I didn't buy my dress from Boda, I did purchase quite a few wedding accessories from there. The staff are extremely friendly and always happy to help. They sell Confetti products and if they don't stock it they are more than happy to order it/them in for you. All in all very helpful and friendly staff !

I Booked My First Appointment For Looking At Weddi

I booked my first appointment for looking at wedding dresses with Boda Bridal in Chester. We had the studio to ourselves and Tina, the assistant was so lovely and helpful. They had a large range of dresses, including a plus size range, to try on and allowed me to choose as many as I wanted to. Tina was very good at suggesting other dreses to try based on what I liked or didn't like about certain dresses and was honest about what looked good and what didn't, rather than just trying to make a sale. There was a large collection of shoes, veils and tiaras to try on with the dresses and the shop also sells stationary, favours etc. I felt like the staff really cared about helping me to find the perfect dress and gave me their full attention. The only bad point I can think of is that the range of bridesmaid dresses is not that big, but there is a lot of other things.
