My daughter found her perfect wedding dress here. The staff were full of good advice and very helpful.

Had booked an appointment plenty in advance but upon arrival made to feel like an inconvenience, and `walk ins` appeared to get a better reception. All the display dresses are filthy and if you are not built like a pre pubescent teenager they will have nothing in stock for you to try anyway. The member of staff was not helpful at all and quite rude. We didn't stay longer than 10minutes but we all managed to leave feeling angered and disgusted at the service. Will never enter this shop again!!

Seriously where do i start with this fantastic bridal shop? There are soo many positive factors about this shop! starting with the wide range of designer wedding dresses and accesseries which they have to offer, to special occasion gowns, the fabulous staff who work there who are both kind and knowledgable, and then theres the sensational atmosphere of professionalism as soon as you walk through those doors. I bought my maggie sottero wedding dress from this shop and seriously could not have been more pleased! I didnt have a clue to begin with what type of wedding dress i would suit best, or even what style i personally liked! but that didnt phase the staff at bliss bridal at all! In fact i was given a range of dresses to try on and honest opinions were given to me by the staff aswell as friends who came with me. Eventually we found "the PERFECT" dress and can i just say that my husband couldnt take his eyes off me all day!! All of this at a perfectly reasonable and affordable price too. How can i not say that this shop is well worth a visit and i would recommend to anybody thinking of visiting to most definitly check it out! Trust me you will NOT regret it!!!

Absolutely love this shop! I have purchased occasion wear and accessories from the shop a couple of times and have received fantastic service. The dresses are amazing and have fit so well! They have a HUGE range of wedding dresses which are absolutely stunning and the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. They really go out of their way to make customers happy.

I would definitely recommend the shop to brides, bridesmaids and anyone looking for extra glam dresses!!

I booked an appointment for my sister at Bliss Bridal Shop and arrived in plenty of time before the appointment was due to start.

When we went into the shop I told the lady my name and that I had an appointment booked for 11.15, when she checked the diary she was unsure, her colleague came over and after looking in the book she turned to me and said 'no, your not booked in, are you in the right shop!!' So I then asked her wether I was stood in Bliss Bridal Shop Bolton and she replied 'yes'

Whilst checking my facebook messages to show the lovely lady that I had booked an appointment she then turned to me and said 'have a look round and we can TRY and fit you in'

If me, my sister and my mum hadn't paid to travel to Bolton the appointment wouldn't of contuined. Rude staff and we were all made to feel extremely uncomfortable for the 20 minutes we stayed there. Definitely wouldn't recommend or visit again.

This bridal shop is definately recommended. Loved the choice and the services was excellent.

thank you for the super service and for being so patient and kind...my wedding dress experience was awesome and i wish i could do it all over again.Even when they didn't have my second dress in the store they ordered it for me.you went out of your way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I had no idea what type of dress I really wanted with only being 5'2" some of the designs didn't suit me, but [name removed] was fantastic we tried on a various amount of dresses and she actually picked me my dress and its fantastic, I couldn't of gone for a better design and style for my wedding day. We had a private area for me and family and it felt so intermittent and private. I would definitely recommend Bliss Bridals for any Bride to be.

Best shop ive been to... Excellent customer service and beautiful collection of dresses. Definately recommend, probably the most well knwn in north west.

I have been in twice asking yo try on a bridesmaid dress and they saybthat they are too busy to help. The second time i went in was a weekday and was quiet, not good. Saw a dress i would have purchased ihowever am looking elsewhere. Do not bother. Poor customer service
