All Aspects Wedding Services Bournemouth

I went here with my friend and was completely shocked, was not allowed to try on any of the dresses we wanted, the lady chose one for us and was rude and condescending. Walked into the changing room without warning. Just a really upsetting experience!

I have never reviewed anything online before, but after the fantastic service I have had from All Aspects I really felt that I should! The owner really cares about each and ever bride and makes you feel special and cared for! They take time and really listen to you and nothing is too much trouble! They have a huge selection of dresses each individually named and loved! I really love this shop and will be telling every bride to be I know about it! Thank you All Aspects it is so lovely to see a family business who care about their customers and really does go that extra mile for you!

fantastic, lovely family run shop very helpful no pressure to buy, very honest owner, just chosen my dress from there she knows exactly what shes doing. yes she does go around with no shoes but so what. would recommend her to everyone!

From the moment i walked in the shop i wished i hadn't. It smelt damp and was dark. When i approached the assistant to ask if they stocked a particular dress i was confronted by a very rude and sarcastic comment of 'we don't do labels' and was give a scrappy folder of magazine cut outs to look at. I WANTED to look at dresses not pictures!!!

I would and never will recommend this shop. In fact two friends i have already made sure they haven't step foot in there. How they are still running when there are far better looking shops and better services elsewhere in the area, i do not know!

It was my 1st experience of dress shopping and the worst. i was greeted by a child with no shoe, waited 20 mins, when i tried on the dress, there was no support, then during the boss walks in shouts at the girl for taking to long and basically tells us we have to leave! so we did and wont be going back, horrible just horrible! Also they said they had all the Alfred Angelo dressed but not the one i wanted to try! my advice dont bother!

Despite All Aspects Wedding Services spending ages measuring my bridesmaids, two out of my three dresses arrived and were at least two sizes too big. I received no apologies from All Aspects, and found the owners responses to my emails extremely rude and unprofessional.

Fantastic service - no pressure to buy unless completely sure of choice. Good advice re accessories etc. I would definitely recommend All Aspects Wedding Services Bournemouth to any prospective brides.

Great shop and attention to detail. Its a family run one stop shop.
