Had dreadfull experience. Too Stressfull. Flaud dresses and very unhelpfull.

Would never recommend this shop. Damaged dress and unhelpful staff.

What a wonderful shop. Have had no problems with them, even though had a small problem with the dress (nothing to do with them) they helped me fix it! Very very nice people and a lovely shop in a lovely town. Was worth travelling to. Emails also always answered and when I ordered my dress then decided I wanted it earlier than that, they changed the order then it actually arrived a couple of weeks earlier than expected. They are very organised. Highly recommended!

I used Aliya Rose, Fife for my wedding dress last year. My experience was one that I would want any bride to have.

I wanted a red wedding dress and the three owners searched for me to find exactly what I wanted! There was a problem with the dress I chose and they called immediately to advise me. I went straight up and they had actually chosen a new dress for me and it was so perfect. I got 1st class treatment and nothing was any trouble for them. My sister was offered coffee/tea whilst i tried dresses on and there arent many shops that would dream of allowing beverages near their shops never mind their dresses.

Each of the owners has different taste and they are very honest in advising on what you would like and what suits you. I wanted sparkly bling and they made sure I got exactly what i wanted! I've recommended the shop to everyone i know. There are no weaknesses at all as they move mountains to please.

Have visited Aliya Rose twice with my daughter (the bride-to-be). I was incredibly impressed by all aspects of our visits. The staff were so helpful and took as much time as we needed. We didn't feel rushed in any way. They have been so helpful with choosing bridesmaids' dresses and jewellery as well. There stock includes many moderately priced - but very beautiful - dresses and they are more than happy to accommodate a reasonable payment plan. I would give this company 5 stars plus!
