Absolutely shocking. All the stitching came loose and only wore the item for the photos. Couldn't get fixed in time so wore the trousers only for the photos. Jacket alterations were so poor again it was only for the photos. Got changed straight away into my own clothes. Requested a refund but excuse after excuse. DO NOT USE

I recently went on to try some dresses on here, I was on my own as I wanted to get an idea of what suited me alone before I brought any family/friends with me.When I arrived I was met by a sales advisor and had a look around but despite saying what sort of dress I was after wasnt really given any help to look and was left to it to search through the dresses. There was a good range of dresses in different styles but compared to other bridal shops I have been in the range felt of lower quality.

Once I had the dresses on the lady was very helpful but at hte same time there was another lady in there trying on dresses with all her family, they had wine and drinks. I wasnt offered anything to drink etc and just because I had arrived alone dont feel that this meant I should have been treated any different.

A few months later I returned to the shop at lunchtime on a weekday with a friend to show her the dress as I wanted her opinion before going back to try it on again and potentially purchase. We were met by a member of staff who was quite dismissive and despite the shop being empty, would not allow me to try the dress on to show my friend and seemed keen to get rid of us. This was really disappointing and in the end I went to another bridal shop where the servie was impeccable and I purchased my dress from them there and then.
