I Had A Terrible Experience With Platinum Prestige
I had a terrible experience with Platinum Prestige travel. They ruined my day. Towards the end of the night the driver kept pestering me to leave the venue as he had to drive back to Birmingham. I was forced to leave without saying any goodbyes to my guests and relatives.Extremely poor service. I would not recommend using this company.
Well maybe if you had paid for more hours they would have stayed. It's not a charity it's a business. You get your allocated time and if you go over you either pay or they leave, it's simple.

Platinum Prestige Travel, Rolls Royce turned up late. The car was not very clean. And they requested more money as I went 5 minutes over the time agreed. They requested an additional £150.00. I was forced to call a cab and pick us up from the High Street as they would not drive us any further and threatened to debit my account by £150.00.
Well maybe if you had paid for more hours they would have stayed. It's not a charity it's a business. You get your allocated time and if you go over you either pay or they leave, it's simple.

The Platinum Prestige Travel Driver Apparently Wen
The Platinum Prestige Travel driver apparently went 2 minutes over the time we hired up till on our wedding day and asked for an extra £150 to take us any further we refused as we were only about half a mile away from our house i even offered to pay a bit less. I also had my six year old daughter in the car with me and we had to get out and phone somebody to pick us up on the street with my new wife in her wedding dress at a packed bus stop. I thought it was bad on their part. We paid £850 for the car that day and I feel that we were let down by our experience.

I also used this company and experienced the same service on my wedding day. Extremely bad customer service!!!

Platinum Prestige Travel are Reliable and provide an excellent service. The car and driver were clean, cheapest all inclusive pricegiven excellent service, they were on time and as promised etc, value for money with peace of mind 10/10
