Please someone help. My wife has has no infomation at all. Does anyone know who owns this company. I can not get are money back without it. What are they registered under?. Without your help we will lose £1500. They have taken out a further £700 even though we paid the whole amount in may. Why is it so hard to find this information. You all must contact the office of fair trading. I was the first to phone them. They must understand how big this is!!!

Booked and paid over �200 for limo last night for daughters hen night. No contact from company the days proceeding, we couldn't get an answer on the phone lines either. After waiting an hour the limo still hadn't shown up and as we had to get to a show in london we had to make other arrangements (my husband and fianc�f bridesmaid drove us all there and picked us up)

after looking at all the reviews this morning. I will defiantly be taking this further, can't believe they are still in business. I have still been trying to get through to them today, but voice mailbox full - I wonder why!!!!.

unless you have a 'plan b' on getting to and from your venue, I wouldn't chance it.

UPDATE - AFTER DOING SOME DIGGING TODAY, PARENT COMPANY IS EXCLUSIVE VEHICLES LTD IN BIRMINGHAM, THEY ARE IN PROCESS OF WINDING UP ACCORDING TO COMPANIES HSE AND HAVE ASSETS OF £2 AS OF FEB 2011. PLEASE DONOT BOOK THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR GET VEHICLE. THE DIRECTOR OF THIS COMPANY IS CALLED SARAH ALI.

The worst company ever, they play tricks with the people who are looking for a luxurious way of travelling. 16 teenagers were left without transport to their prom because of this company. They didn't even turn up, so luckily some parents were on hand to fix the situation.

The only thing I would recommend about this company is that everyone should steer well clear, they are fraudsters who take your money. Lucky for us we can get the money back due to card insurance, but some others were not so lucky, many have £1000s taken out of their account without permission. Even if their website may seem legit, do not trust it. From now on I will never book a form of transport without contact details.

I also feel pity for the owners because they are so heartless that they feel the need to break some teenagers hearts for their transport to prom.

To sum up my feeling towards the company in a sentence; worst company ever.

This was such a disappointment that the limo didn't turn up to take us on our hour long journey to prom, we had planned this for months and were so looking forward to the experience. My poor friend that spent hours researching and organising the transport for our group of 16 was beside herself when it didn't turn up. Yet, thank goodness our parents were still there to take us. However, after looking at the shocking reviews I feel that we had a lucky escape and could have been dicing with death if they had picked us up with their track record. My advice to others;

DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE.

So very extremly disapointed in HUMMERHUMMER of london. Booked and paid deposit of £250.00 in advance on the day of pick up no answering of any contact telephone numbers! Waited for well over an hour and nothing. READ other reviews to hear the echo of bad service that is provided by this company or rather not provided as they never show! We then had to organise a last minute transport. Meaning we were late to the concert due to sitting around waiting for a limo that was never going to show. To make matters even worse they have now taken a further £800.00 from our account for a service which they never even provided. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL ONLY DISAPPOINT YOU, LET YOU DOWN AND TAKE YOUR CASH!

FIRSTLY, IF YOU HAVE BOOKED THROUGH THIS COMPANY STOP THE CARD YOU USED!!! They were supposed to take £250 deposit and they have taken 2 additional amounts of £350 & £450!!!I booked a 16 seater for a group of girls to go to the Take That concert on the 1st July and rcvd an email with the booking details. All happy!

Tried to email and phone them a week before to confirm. I had seen a bad review from a few days ago where a car didnt turn up for someones 30th so I started feeling a little concerned.

2 Days before I eventually got hold of the woman that took my booking - apparently her name is Freeda Zen ([email protected]) and she said everything was still ok for our booking. I said I would ring in the morning but guess what.....no answer.

Car was due at 2pm and eventually at 2pm got hold of her and she said she would ring the car and would get back to me in 5 mins. Of course she didnt.....silly me for being so gullible and thinking you could trust people!!

Had to organise another form of transport to get to Wembley only just getting there in time and am now in the process of spending my Saturday ringing Banks, Trading Standards, updating Review Sites and calling the police.

Dont be fooled by the excellent website, they are a bunch of rip off artists.

OH NO WAIT - THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER TO TURN UP - this company gets a thumbs down from me - a complete and utter scam and ive never been so dissapointed in my life - dont book with this company unless you think good customer service is all of the listed above.

I booked a Hummer for my 30th Birthday and paid £250 in advance. I was convinced by the person I spoke to in person and by their email that it was all confimed and was excitedly looking forward to enjoying the evening. Unfortunately I was completly let down by this company. The Hummer did not turn up as agreed and we waited for at least 40 minutes before having to find alternative transport. We received no contact from them whatsoever to update us or inform us on any problem. Instead we were left to try and contact them with no response. It wasnt until 2 days later that my husband was able to get hold of someone, who did not see to be surprised or bothered in the slightest by what had happened and offered no apology. She said she would call my husband back which she failed to do. We have not received a refund or apology and are left with no choice but to contact trading standards and watchdog. I'm completely gutted by the whole experience. Please dont trust this company.

Terrible. Took our booking then refused to do the job for that price then offered us a refund then the boss refused it. They are rude and hardly ever answer the phone. They give you the wrong address to write to. We still do not have our money back and the boss will now not deal with us instead cowardly letting his staff pass on messages. their stories are always changing. This is the worst run company ever. Please do not use.

A complete rip-off and shambles, do not use this company.

Firstly, a Hummer did not come and collect us, it was a BMW X5 stretch limo, strangely enough the hummerhummer website does not list any of their vehicles as an X5.

We had the following issues:

1) barely any feedback from company, either by email or phone, we had to phone them to confirm arrangements for the weekend

2) The vehicle arrived at the wrong location at the airport

3) There was no champagne, for which we had paid for and there continued to be no champagne for the entire weekend, therefore 6 bottles did not show up

4) The vehicle did not pick us up at 2am from nightclub as arranged, after a long wait, the driver then phoned and asked us to walk to where he was located, we declined and got a taxi home

5) The company promised us that a vehicle would be there to pick us up from the hotel to transfer to the airport at 4pm, we then received a phonecall from the driver saying there was a problem and he wouldn't be able to make it. After saying we would have to phone head office to complain he pleaded with us not to as he would get "into trouble". After speaking to another member of our party he then denied saying that he could not pick us up. By this time we decided to cut our losses and got taxis to the airport at a cost of £17 per person.

The company is a shambles, do not waste your money, whatever reputation they previously had has now gone, use a different reputable limousine company. We will be contacting Trading Standards to complain and obtain a refund.
