I booked this limo company as it was the best value for money. When I called to book the lady was more helpful and informative than any other of the companies I had tried to book and tailored me an individual package after offering me a couple of choices. Cannot fault te service. Was on time. Polite. Friendly, even though they were delayed 15 minutes by us taking photos. Would definitely recommend and use again. Had a great time!

Booked a limo for a hen party. Spoke to Linda on the phone who was fine, nice and helpful. Took a £50 deposit, sent a few emails to confirm. All done! Or so I thought....

So there we are 16 ladies on a hen night and 430pm ticks round. Looking forward to seeing that limo turn up and my best friends face. 430, 435, 440....NO LIMO. Phoned up Debonair Limos and was advised the limo was coming from a central place in Wembley and was then passed onto someone else named Steve (who I believe worked in Wembley). Steve informed me that the limo was not coming as had broken down and they should have phoned me. This left me extremely embarassed and feeling awful, it was GREAT explaining that to 16 ladies. I then had to break the news to my best friend - the hen. That was fun. She was brilliant about it but obviously put an extremely bad start on her special day as well as the stress trying to find four cabs into Central London on a busy Saturday Summer afternoon.

As if that wasn't a bad enough experience for me - I never heard from Debonair again. No email, phone call, never mind an apology. So off I went to get my £50 back and heard nothing at all, no reply to my emails, no reply to my numerous phone call. Nothing at all. I sent a letter to their registered email address and had the letter returned as the 'addressee was away?' Considering the letter had been opened I can imagine they read it and returned it.

SO that was my great experience of Debonair Limos or Limo For You, they are the same company despite what they say on other reviews. Cannot express enough the stress and upset it caused me and my friends. DO NOT BOOK.

Can't see what this nonsense is all about - I booked these guys twice: last year (2009) and 4 weeks ago for a trip to London to the theatre and then a club. Can't fault them - they were always on time and the "nasty guy" is a good laugh - not nasty at all.

The limo was in great shape and the ride was faultless - we had to change the return time and that they sorted with no fuss. I will use these people again no worries.

I am still stunned by the appalling service we received on 3 July 2010 and the subsequent email received following my complaint in writing.

- The scruffy driver arrived late and we had to wait whilst she cleaned out the limo

- The driver was unbelievably rude - spoke on the phone at length when driving, didn't know how to work the sound system etc and she was grumbling for the whole night

- She was unable to manoeuvre the limo to a satisfactory standard and provide the door to door service we had paid for (you have no hope if you live in a cul de sac!)

- We missed the start of our West End show due to her poor time-keeping

- There were certainly no niceties which you might expect, eg a smile, opening the doors ...

- The email back from them contained no apology, and instead told me of another party who had had an even worse experience that night, so poor service is obviously standard for this company!

PLEASE save your money and don't let these people spoil your special night out

If I could give no stars for this review I would! Debonair Limos is owned by a nasty guy who tried to ruin my little sisters 21st birthday! The driver arrived early and then when we looked he had an old woman in the front passenger seat with him.

He was extremley rude when he arrived and then as we were not ready as he arrived early he said he cannot wait and drove off without us all! We lost the money we had put down as a deposit and it ruined our whole eveing as we had tickets for Car Wash in London and had no other means to gtet there.

The company is rubbish and the service just as good if you want a great night out in a limo do not use DEBONAIR!

Debonair Limo for you - based in Hemel Hempstead, what a bad company, the service is absolutely awful. In fact I have never received such poor service and customer service in my life. You won't enjoy your journey.
