Crystal Limousine Service in California completely dropped the ball and cancelled a booking because they stated I didn't provide my Credit Card Authorization, which could not be further from the truth. They made no attempt to contact me to let me know this. I had given them several phone numbers to call me at, none of which were used. They did not pick up a family member who was supposed to be a part of our wedding ceremony. They were the ONLY ugly blemish on an otherwise perfect and beautiful day.
