Arrive In Morse Style, Malvern

Terrible service from Morse Style wedding cars. After fully paying in advance they said they would confirm the booking for vintage dailmer 2 days before wedding but they didnt and they couldnt be contacted (we later found out they went on holiday but didnt tell us). So we had to arrange altnernative transport. However the booked dailmer arrived after all with a different driver than they stated. Ok but the dailmer kept breaking down. Had to be bump started backwards down a hill with me (the bride), my dad and bridesmaid in the car which was humiliating. To top it all off the daimlers door chassis got a 1.5" oil slick on my dress as I was getting out at the church - so my dress was ruined before I even walked down the isle. Morse Style Wedding Cars apologised for poor service and refunded what we paid but they are not interested in the damage to my wedding dress. Let this be a warning to other brides. They are not a professional company by my experience.
