It was difficult corresponding with different companies/names. The price quoted did not include a booking/admin fee even though I told them I wanted the whole total price. Some of the phone staff are very sarcastic & rude. The fan in the car was faulty was we had to endure very hot air for the 45 minutes of our journey however, the driver turned up on time and was extremely polite. He took us to everywhere I asked for. He made it a fantastic surprise for my husband. I thought we were going to get 2 bubbly meaning '2 glasses of bubbly' so I was really pleasantly surprised to receive 2 bottles of bubbly.

Advice: Check heating etc in cars especially in winter, give full & final prices over the phone & this should be logged as the customer has to deal with different staff, train your staff in good & polite customer service not just your drivers.

Have used this company twice now. Absolutely brillient service and completely professional.

The Rolls Royce Phantom was immaculate our driver was just wonderful and so knowledgeable nothing was to much trouble.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I will be using them again simple as that. 

I have recently booked a limo for a surprise 90th birthday and I have to say that the service was amazing. The car turned up on time and the driver was happy to accommodate all our requirements. It made the day very special. Special praise and thanks to the driver for his excellent service.

I booked two E Class Mercedes for 2 seprate hires this week. We were delighted with the very professional and first class service of the chauffeurs. Both arrived in good time and had excellent geographical knowledge of the destinations. I will definitely use their service again.

We hired the rolls royce phantom..may i add for a very reasonable price too! the person I dealt with was so helpful with sticking to our budget and just all round great service! the lady I dealt with was lovely making sure all our day details were correct too. Our driver was so professional and yet so friendly too...really made us feel special! Cannot rate them high enough! Thank you for perfecting such a vital detail to our wedding day!Kindest regards,

hired this limo yesterday for my daughters 21st it was amazing paul I think his name was our chauffeur was lovely so polite and chatty and really made us feel special nothing was to much trouble for him even hired him home at the last minute,my only complaint was I do think they should have a selection of music they had nothing and the radio was rubbish if we had known we would of took a selection of ours but apart from that will see you again soon

We hired a limo for my friends hen party in Nottingham. Drinks all included and the driver was ace. We had a fab night and was a real treat. Two weeks later was my big day and we had both wedding cars from this company. The drivers was so polite and the vehicles are stunning. They have really made mine and Marks wedding and would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Hopefully we will be hiring a limo in the near future for another girlie night out!!

I am a sixteen year old girl who hired the chrysler limo for me prom. Firstly when we were getting into the limo the sealing in the door pealed off baring in mind no one touched it and also only one of the windows rolled down as the other was broken. Secondly he said that the radionwas in the back if we wanted to tune it in, with no help at all. Then he denied the fact that the radio was broken so the limo ride was silent. Finally he didnt check where he was going so we were twenty minutes late for prom as he didnt know where whenwas going so i had to ring my dad to guide us there, therfore leading us to miss the photos outside the venue.

The things i couldnt fault about the limo was that it was spotless inside, plently of drinks were provided for us and there was plenty of room inside, but i can safely say i wont be using this limo service again.

What a terrible experience dealing with American Pie Limo has been . Initially my problem with them was quite simple:

They took my money too early, turned up late, in the wrong place (despite having the full correct address) to collect my daughter and her friends and dropped them off after 1/2 the time paid for.

I tried to complain to them and that's where things get really bad.

I emailed them a detailed complaint and waited a week; no response.

So I wrote to them and waited a week, finally I get a one line email asking me to call them.

I call them, no response, eventually I am asked to call back 2 days later at 1:00pm.

I do this and get an automated voice saying there is nobody there. I leave a message saying "I think they are taking the peas" now and to call me.

Finally the guy rings me back to complain he feels the word "peas" is offensive! (Word changed in the previous sentences, silly filters...)

They take no responsibility for any of their faults, their website instability, their lack of response to my complaint, it's Google's fault or their hosting company, or the school's fault, my fault etc. They have no interest in doing anything about my complaint, just want to waste my time until I go away.

I would strongly advise anyone to use any other company, these American Pie Limousines just want your money and don't give a damn if you have a good time or not and if you have a problem you will get no help resolving it and lose a lot of time trying.
