Very rude and unprofessional service will NOT be recommending to friends after how we were spoken to when looking to order a cake.

My husband and I purchased our £387 wedding cake from top tier dreams in west sussex. We were devesteted when within minutes of our cake lady setting it up, it sunk!!! our bone china cake topper fell off luckily it didnt smash. To make things worse after returning from our honeymoon, I called the lady and politely asked for a refund which seems fair as our wedding cake collapsed. She asked what I wanted her to do about it and i responded by saying, we would like a refund. She went mad and said no way am I giving you a refund as people ate the cake. What a joke. When I asked if myself and my husband could make an appointment to see her together as my husband was unhappy with her response, she said im not having a grown man threten me in my shop, you are no longer welcome in my shop. She then hung up. I strongly advise anyone, never buy a wedding cake from this woman.
