Just wanted to thank VL Films for a 1st class production of our wedding day. It brought tears to my eyes at times whilst also being absolutely hilarious. We had guest interviews done in the evening which really made the video come alive. We have a wonderful memento of the day, filmed with 1st class production value and lots of soul! 5 *****

So after spending about a month shopping around we chose to go with VL Films. We were recommended VL films by our friends Karen & David. Just seemed safer to go for something recommended in the end. Then because we were recc'd by friends and our wedding was on a Friday in February last year we got a really good discount - just shows what a bit of negotiating can do! We found this with most of our suppliers as our wedding was in one venue and on a friday and in the 'off season'. We ended up getting at least 30% off most stuff and even more off the venue.

Overall really happy with our DVD. I would so recommend getting a videographer becuase the day goes by sooo quickly and you just don't get the chance to take it all in. We had some great guest messages included in ours and lots of cool shots where people didn't realise they were being filmed and acted natural!

VL Films produced a video for our product launch in January. Would like to thank them for their hard work and congratulate them on the cool video they produced for us.

wow didnt even notice the guys on the day but they managed to capture evey ounce of detail. has such fun watching the dvd and will always bring back the magic of the day.

however, it did take three weeks for the dvds to be sent to us.

overall good experice dealing with them. very friendly and open to our very late new timetable of the days events and were proactive in getting the best clips.

***** and quite competitivley priced considering we were looking at a video for £800 which was nothing like the quality of VL Films.

Wedding videos are expensive, so its important to make sure you chose the right one. VL Films' contemporary documentary style suited us well.

VL Films are high class HD videographers. Looking around their premises in South Kensington, London you can see these guys mean business! Steadicams and Sony HD cameras line the walls of their highly (almost weirdly) organised equipment room (compared with looking around Mr Film London last week which by the way was a complete mess - wires all over the shop and cameras on the floor with the crisp packets). Talking to company secretary Isabella Burbank about her role at VL, it appears she is more than just a secretary. "We're a small business", she says, "we make films, and Tom wants to keep it simple, he makes the films along with our 3 videographers and two editor/graphic designers, then I do the rest. Human Resources, accounts, enquiries, building security and on top, secretarial responsibilities!" I like the way VL Films operate. A simple setup with a high quality product. This keeps costs down and ensures a truly personal experience. What more could you ask for?
