Triple 8 Photography Albuquerque, New Mexico

We met with Triple 8 at Starbucks, but we are big supporters of start up (freelance) businesses so it didn't bother us much. They were nice, but our concerns were that it was obvious the wife was much more into photography than the husband was and the two had never shot at our wedding location. We told them we had to talk to a couple more photographers and thanked them for their time.

We ended up booking our wedding through an established photographer, but asked Triple 8 if they would like to do our engagement photos. They agreed to do the engagements and we spent about a week finding a day that worked well for all of us.

This is when it went bad. For some reason they went to our wedding website and saw that we had booked with a (rival?) photographer for the wedding. We got a strange email telling us that they had been watching our website and saw who we had chosen to shoot the wedding. The husband (who we had never even talked to since the first meeting) wrote us and told us to forget about getting our engagements done, that if we wanted engagements we should just go with the company whom we had hired to do our wedding. We were speechless.

Long story short, they aren't worth your time - they're the same price as the better photographers but with less experience, older equipment, and no studio...they work out of Starbucks.
