Last week (15/12/2010) I purchased some domain hosting from Greenville.

I received a receipt for the money I'd sent but i didn't get any login details. DNS details etc. Basically a welcome email.

So, I sent them an email requesting this. And astonishingly, 1 week later and several emails and support tickets, noone has bothered helping me!

I have put the transcript of my request for all to see. In fact I also sent several emails. They haven't managed to provide hosting but they have managed to take the money from my account. I suggest that everyone avoids this company. There are lots of trustworthy host out there. This isn't one of them.

I'm just looking for the login details.

I haven't had a response to this ticket for 4 days.

I could not disagree any more with the previous reviewer. Craig and Lindsay are phenomenal. They are willing to do just about ANYTHING. They are easy to reach, very flexible, great value for all that they offer, and most importantly EXTREMELY talented. Their slogan is "We see what you feel" and it couldn't be more honest. We used them for our engagement shoot, bridal portrait session and full day wedding/reception coverage, and we still get teary-eyed looking at how much emotion is captured in each of their photographs. They were even crying when we saw each other for the first time. You cannot fake that sort of thing. It's unfortunate that the person below was not pleased with their photos, but I cannot let anyone walk away thinking this is typical of them, because for us they were fully immersed in our day, taking hundreds of pictures, but we never felt like they were paparazzis or anything. They have a sort of talent that is hard to achieve. I would use them for anything and everything in the future and I would recommend them to every last of my friends.

These photographers would have been given 5 stars by me, except something happened with them. My engagement and bridal sessions with them were perfect, but my wedding day photos were awful. I am not sure what happened, but my wedding day photos were definitely not their best. All my wedding photos are dark and are taken at such a long distance away that you can't make out anyone's faces. On the wedding day itself, they seemed to be completely check out and did not want to be there. Which, I have to say, is very uncharacteristic of them. But they were going on vacation the week after my wedding. So it seemed that they were already on vacation on my wedding day. Another thing that bothered me was that they promised to come the day before the wedding to research the chapel and the area around it (because they had never been there before). Hearing that put me at ease but unfortunately, they did not do as promised. They showed up on the wedding day unprepared. These photographers are great and I would suggest them to anyone. Just make sure that your wedding date is no where near their vacation time. And make sure that you get their full attention on your wedding day. Because no bride likes to feel like they are on the back burner on their wedding day. Especially from the photographers.
