Cant believe I have only just read this info we to experienced all of the above! Is there anything I can do to add to this evidence? So unfair this can happen!

We got married in May '10. Sophie promised to have the photos ready for us upon return from our honeymoon. On the day she was good and got all the pics we wanted but it took months of chasing then court proceedings against her before we got what we paid for. Yet one of our pics was on her website within weeks of the wedding!Our pictures were lovely however she hadn't edited them at all which was apparently obvious to a trained eye. We ordered a boxed set of prints which, despite the time it took to come, was really nice. For obvious reasons we wouldn't recommend that anyone uses her for their big day - you only get one chance to get it right!

I recieved my album yesterday. Granted it's taken almost 13 months. But Sophie has supplied me with my completed album. It's hasn't been easy and has involved a lot of contact and chasing. Been very stressfull and upseting as I couldn't fault her photography and felt the pictures were stunning, but just wanted what we had paid for. She was brilliant on they day with us every step of the way making us feel at ease.Sophie had issues with her suppliers which didn't help. I haven't seen the album yet so cannot say about the quality. I think she is really trying to put things right. I hope she had no intention to make anyone feel this way. I don't agree with how things have been carried out. But hopefully in time everyone will receive what they paid for. At the same time I would not recomend to anyone through fear this would happen to someone else. I wouldn't want anyone to feel how we have throughout eveything. Sophie photos are stunning and Its such a shame for this to have happened.

Just a note to everyone below, i wrote the first review months ago and am so pleased we can all have a voice, we've reported her to the trading standards and the tax man today! She deserves everything she gets after reading all our similar stories, she taken her website off-line though so we need to keep an eye out for her re-appearing.

Anyone else with similar problems do the same. the more info the better, we are forwarding our invoice and proof of payments off to the Trading Standards as well, the more we act as a group the more justice will be served!

WOW!!! I can't believe I have found people that are in the same situation as me. I thought I just had a little bad luck. PLEASE DO NOT USE HER! I'm not a bitter or spiteful person and I dont like to say it but she is very unprofessional and eventually will ruin your wedding. Our initial visit was great, really liked her and thought she was very reasonable in price but as the wedding drew closer she became uncontactable for months. To the point where I couldnt contact her the week of my wedding. Two days prior to my wedding she got in contact and all was forgiven as I just wanted a photograpgher. She did turn up on the day thankfully, but was however in a foul mood and didnt talk to anyone. Cutting a very long story short - I did eventually get my photos, but were not as good as the ones on her website and she hadnt taken some pictures I specically asked for, as you can imagine this is deeply upsetting as you cant rewind the day and do it again. I could go on and on with the various problems I had and excuses I got told but the easy answer is DON'T USE HER AS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER. One thing that does seem to be consisent throughout these complaints is that we all paid in full before recieving our photos!!

It actually helps to read that others are in the same boat and we're not the only one to be taken for a mug. Does anyone know who the address is for below? Is it where her company is now? We're still waiting for our pictures. She sent us a cheap CD printed at Boots (it had the label on it!) by post 7 months after the wedding but we paid for a full package with prints and 3 albums - one for us, and two sets for the parents. So much money down the drain - paid in full in cash. The pictures weren't as good as shown on her website. I am also reporting her to the police. I don't know if they can do much, but it's obvious she's a con. Please anyone else who has been taken for a ride by this girl, report it to the police too. The more voices, the more something can be done?

We got married in June this year and have only just got our pics/album today! SIX MONTHS of nothing but chasing her daily by phone email, text etc. The actual quality of the images are nothing to rave about either, I would suggest she is no better than a keen amateur with a good camera! We too paid £1000+ up front and have been left feeling very let down indeed. I would not reccomend this women to anyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We too used this person for our wedding, its caused nothing but heartache ever since.

We googled her and found an address, turns out it was her ex-husbands and she no longer livid there, but still traded under-it. We were ready for a confrontation with her, but instead were greeted by her ex, who went on to tell us of all the other people shes done this too. He gave us 4 numbers of other couples who have all been left with nothing.

For anyone else thats in the same trouble, he gave us the following details, he also gave us a police id number as he reported her for fraudulent activity, although it is a civil case, we are also following this up with legal proceedings, details as follows:

Under no circumstances use this pesron, she's a fraud, a liar and has no morals, and she wont get away with it.

I got married in December 2009 and I still haven't received my wedding photo's. I am also aware of numerous other customers that have not received their photo's or packages.

I am so disappointed that she could do this to her customers. I have also tried email, phone and letters and have never had a response. I also paid in full before the day of the wedding.

My husband and I are considering legal action against her.
