Reliable, things were ready when he told us they would be & we were consulted at every stage in the process. Final album is fantastic. Parent books great quality too. If you can, hire for the 'getting ready' part of your wedding day as he captured some really magical poses for us. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Crucial Image to friends & family.
