Front Room Photography Milwaukee, WI

Dan and Lori photographed our wedding and did a FANTASTIC job, but we have been extremely frustrated with Front Room during the production process. Our wedding was 16 months ago and we still have not received our album. 16 months. We were told on several occasions that our book was next in line for production, but we always the ones to initiate "check-ins" months later, only to find that our book was not yet in production, or that "technical issues" were the problem. Though we met all of our deadlines in deciding images for our album, Front Room did not follow through and we have been very frustrated with this process. The images are beautiful, yes, but the poor, poor customer service has severely compromised our overall experience. I would not recommend Front Room to other couples based on the disappointment we've experienced.
