Worst company ever. Do not use. They will rip you off, steal your money and you will never get your product. Just go to the BBB website and read.

They continue to change owners and locations so to avoid lawsuits. They are the ones writting the positive reviews. Dont believe them. Save your money!!!! Please learn for our mistakes.

Run as fast as you can from these people. They lie never return calls or emails-they take your money and run. We were looking for another photographer 48 hours before my daughters wedding B/C no one would return our calls. The guy finally called the day before the wedding. We wound up using him b/c they already had our money. We sat down with the photographer and told him what photos we wanted to be taken. NOT one was taken. The only pic I have of myself and my daughter is at the alter. Joes mother pops into their so-called studio once in a while but wont answer the door. We overheard her on the phone and pounded on the door until she finally opened it. We told her someone better get back to us or we were going to the police. We did talk to the police previously and they told us what they are doing is deceipt by deception. We FINALLY had to pick up our stuff hanging on his door knob. I won't even go into all of the other stuff we had to put up with. To all of you other poor brides that have not received your pics, our advice is to go camp out in front of their door until his mother shows up. By the way she denies she his mother and says shes just there to listen to phone messages. GOOD LUCK!!

We have not received our photos or video & haven't received back any personal pictures/USB provided to Forever Images and the owner, Joe Dony refuses to return calls or emails. We were married over a year ago and we are still trying to get what we've paid for and what's been stolen from us.

So please, look elsewhere for Photo and Video for your wedding so that you don't run into this issue.

Also, please look at other reviews as this is a constant issue. BEWARE, PLEASE!

PLEASE BEWARE......this company will ruin your special day. They take your money and provide you with half of a final product. 5 years later and they still have not given us our pictures. They change owners of the company to avoid lawsuits. I personally know 3 people who also gotten taken by them before we knew they were a rip off. I even found an ex-employee who stated it was part of her job to post good reviews about this company. STAY AWAY and save your memories. They took our $2,500 and gave us nothing.

Horrible service. They don't return phone calls or emails. Joe, whoever he may be at the company, does not know anything about customer service. He promises things that are NEVER delivered. Now I understand why their rates are competitve it is because they don't do the job. I still haven't received my 3 times edited wedding DVD. Yes, we had to ask them to fix the DVD 3 times because they messed up on our names, wrong music that we didn't select and NOT digital DVD.

Save your headache and pay a little bit extra to a reputable company.

Forever Images ruined my life forever!!!! My wedding photos turned out so bad that I get sick when I go to another wedding because I am jealous of the pictures that the bride and groom are getting taken. They did not take any of the pictures I wanted... It looks like I got married in the 70's becuse the pictures are all dark... I hate this company and best of all they would not give me a dime back for my unhappiness!!! Please do not get your photos taken at forever images you are better off having your friends take pictures with their digital cameras because those are the pictures I have on display now...and the video was just awful too, they told me they would video tape eveything and stay intil the end of the wedding, all they did was set up a video camera on the dance floor and took it down early. Horribe service, not helpful, I do not recommend!!!!!!

Yes, they have GREAT pictures on display in their studio and on their website, but we got nothing "special" maybe because they knew we were on a budget and were choosing the lower priced package. Also, we chose a river site for our daughter's wedding but there were NO pictures of the couple using the river as a backdrop. Getting them to deliver our finished product on a weekend was difficult at best, but after reading other reviews at least we have our finished product.

Horrible, never answer the phone, photographer inexperienced, I miss the old owners. These people are lost. I got married at the Baker Hotel 3, count em 3!!!!, years ago!!! Still waiting for my album!!!!! This place is a disaster!!! Save your money......have a relative photograph your wedding, better and quicker results. The good reviews are from the studio, or friends, but definetley not real!! Good luck if you waste your money and your dreams, like I did!!

Sounds like the people at this studio are writing the good reviews for this "so-called" company. I know several people who are STILL waiting for the final product.

Forever Images was AMAZING! I just received my album and it is beautiful. Forever Images was absolutely every thing I expected and hoped for. I would recommend Forever Images to anyone who once a quality wedding photographer and videographer at a fair price.
