He Phoned On The Morning Of Our Party To Say I Had

He phoned on the morning of our party to say i had not been and dropped his tickets off that I apparently offered for free (this was because i had not offered any for free). We agreed he could have them anyway cause even free tickets would bring in extra donations, or so we thought. He then called back offering to take the pictures for the night and sell them on his website, offering half of the £5 for the I charities. Personally I was not impressed as i had a feeling this was going to be more trouble than it was worth but any income for the charity would help.Anyway, he offers to do the party but turns up 2 hours in to it, missing a lot of good shots, he eats the free food and then when left over prizes were offered out to people who hadn't won anything his girlfriend was first up to get something even though neither had brought a raffle ticket.I overheard him saying that "Charity starts at home" and when asked a couple of days later if he had a good night he said no it was rubbish (but in different terms), he did not know he was speaking to my girlfriends sister! He and his girlfriend used the event purely for their own gain, asking our host, a well known TV presenter, to give them a shout out on stage on stage for their prize when Manchester United and Ricky Hatton personally had donated somethings for us. We had over £1,000 worth of prizes and not one person asked for acknowledgment except these people, they even handed out flyers towards the end of the night (these were put straight in the bin). Since the event the winner of this photographers prize has been unable to claim their photography session and we, nor have the charity seen any money from the pictures sold on their website although i know of people buying them, I emailed to ask how sales were going but got no response.I should have looked at this website before hand and this would have prompted me to ask more questions, his site is shockingly poor, unfortunately his shop was full of expensive equipment and that made me not question anything. I am pleased to see that this shop has not been open for a while, but in case another Colliers Photography opens near you, this could be who you're dealing with! Unfortunately I cannot name names on site, but I can be contracted to confirm details if needed. Thanks
