Charles was perfect For our wedding in Valentin's day of 2013 . He was patient profational and very helpful .

This is regarding the services of Charles Matter, wedding photographer operating out of Boston, MA. My wife and I paid him to shoot our wedding on 10/5/02. He delivered where the pictures were concerned in taking the pictures and giving us the proofs.

However, when we (as well as my parents) paid him to assemble albums all we got were excuses for 6 months before he ceased communication altogether. He stopped returning emails and phone calls.

I threatened to take him to small claims court, and still no response. I then followed up with some emails pleading with him to do the right thing, refund us, and allow us to put this behind us.

We have still heard nothing, despite signs that he is still practicing his business on the internet. I do not wish for any other couple's wedding memory to be tarnished as my wife's and mine have been.
