I should have known better when we did the first consultation and she did not bring any wedding photos claiming they were lost on her old computer but she was supposed to be a friend of the family so we went ahead with it. For the price of $1,000 we were supposed to get four hours of photography with editing, a photo album, portrait and a CD with all photos. Our wedding was OCT 10, 2009. I got the CD which had more photos of my brother and his wife than my husband and I, there are NO pictures of the bride and groom with the grooms family and very few formal pictures at all. The wedding was at a cabin on the lake but somehow all the photos are inside next to the bathroom. I asked her if I would get my album by my first anniversary and she promised I would. Todays date is NOV 11, 2010 and I still do not have a album, portrait or any edited photos. I have asked repeatedly for the items we paid for and have gotten nothing. She even tried to say that we did not pay for the album or portrait but that she threw those in "out of the kindness of her heart". Now I am afraid I will have to go to small claims court. She is NOT a wedding photographer, she is a pet photographer. Please save yourself and give the camera to a four year old for free!
