On time, and a long show, it lived up to high expectations

We ordered and booked for a specific stripagram to arrive at the destination at 10.30pm in a James Bond outfit as we had arranged the music etc. We were told that this would all be okay and paid a deposit. However, after 45 minutes trying to contact the stripagram and standing in the pouring rain he finally arrived and guess what he was not the person we asked for and did not have a James Bond outfit. He didnt have the post code for the club and couldn't find where we were. By this time half of our guests had left and the others were just holding on for the stripagram to arrive so we had to have the one that arrived. I called the office this morning and after a long conversation was told to put it in writing. I tried to explain we did not receive what we had actually asked for and therefore we would like at least out deposit back. I will put it in writing and see what happens.

Booked a stripagram for my best mates hen party, all fine taken money off me, called on day to confirm was told no problem. Time come and no show from striper I called they kept me on the phone for ages, on hold telling me his gonna be there soon. After and hour off being on and off of hold and being told a loud of bull I asked them not to bother now and give me a refund as we was moving on, my hen was really upset when I told and I was so grumpy from spending the last hour listening to hold music instead of having fun with the hen!!!

Checked my bank account to see if I'd been giving my refund 2 weeks later and no refund!! Called up and it was the worst customer services ever!!! Again kept putting me on hold and told me I had emailed that day to cancel, lie after lie and would not give a refund. I couldn't speak to a manager nor would one call me back, told me he was busy and phone was put down on me!!! Do not use them rip off city!!!

seemed like a nice guy when i booked. obviously happy to take money. then on the day the stripergram never turned up. i called to see what was happening and the guy was really rude and hung up on me. i was not rude to him at all. he said he woukd refund my deposit before he hung up.

two weeks later, no refund, just called them and was told "were very busy call back in two days" and then he hung up on me again.

so not only did they ruin my plans for my friends stag doo, they cost me £50 for a room on a pub i never used and now wont refund me the deposit.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

I made an enquiry with this company weeks before my wife birthday. I never booked with them because someone else recommended a stripper that was really good, and so I booked with him. On the day he was arranged, I received a call very early saying it’s the stripper I'd booked and unfortunately was unable to make it. Although very annoyed with him, he said he’d sort a replacement as to not spoil the night. I agreed. Very shortly a company phoned me saying they believe I’m after a stripper tonight and they could squeeze me in. I booked it and paid the deposit. It turned out the original booked stripper hadn’t cancelled and knew nothing. This was the very first company I’d made an enquiry with that phoned cancelling pretending to be the proper one. This was done from a mobile no. This is just tricking people into booking up with them. They are just blatant liars and only interested in getting money out of you. They trade under lots of different company names on the net i.e strippergram-uk and there are also more. They are all the same horrible man. When booking they are a really nice company but once they have your money they are very abusive.
