Club Class Bus, Edinburgh

The seating on this bus is NOT as shown in the pictures. Our party had to sit on the floor and steps on the bus. The bus is totally over booked. There is NO karaoke . The staff are stressed and do not want to be there . It was unfortunate that we had to share the downstairs part of the bus with a hen party from Edinburgh . They were VERY abusive towards our hen party ..We raised concern's with the staff , the manager was in a rush to pick up the next group of unfortunate souls and so we were told "I'll sort it out later" . We decided to abandon the party bus at the second pub.!..Although The Italian meal was really nice we had booked for us ..

Been on other party buses and the club class bus in London was by far the best one. We used it for my mates stag do, the crew were very helpful, the only negative was there were 3 hens to every stag so it got a bit frustrating when they are all trying to get your attention:-)

I was very disappointed with Edinburgh Club Class party bus. The money my party had to pay for a double decker bus with a stereo was ridiculous. The bus was shared with other hen and stag parties. Did we have a laugh? No! The pubs we went to offered us a free shot but then we were a large party buying drinks and probably could have got this by asking for it ourselves. The pubs are not the best pubs in Edinburgh and the nightclub is probably one of the worst. I found the girl with blonde hair who seemed to be in charge extremely rude and unfriendly, my whole party felt the same. We were rushed off the bus and rushed back on - when they were ready!! We were not allowed back on the bus when we were supposed to be in the pub. One elderly member of our party had a headache from the noise in the pubs but was not allowed to wait on the bus, instead she had to wait in the cold until the girl with blonde hair and the driver (who were more interested in chatting to each other) would let the whole party back on. A complete and utter rip off and you could get the same from travelling on a lothians bus with an ipod in!!

Club Class Bus was very good,friendly and welcoming

I found Club Class Bus, Edinburgh to be very disappointing. Club Class took my booking for the party bus but 5 mins before they were meant to arrive they called me saying no bus available. This was even though we booked with them 6 months in advance and phoned the day before to check. Our guests were instead supplied with taxis. In addition to this they turned up 1hr 30min late completely ruining our wedding day.
