We used Trini Catering for a Caribbean themed Barbeque we had this summer.

The sorted out everything and arrived in plenty of time to serve our guests.

The food is very tasty and cooked in a really nice baste. The jerk chicken is cooked really well and has a nice spice to it.

They are professional from start to finish and would definatly use them again.

Catered for my Mum`s funeral reception.

The food was tasty and everyone said how much they enjoyed their meal. Buffet service staff were friendly which was a bonus after a stressful day.

Throughout the planning process I felt my requirements were taken into consideration.

If your are looking for a good trini /catering service would recommend.

They also catered for a dinner luncheon party I had to take the pressure of me,again great reviews from the family.

For my 50th birthday party Trini provided the food and plates etc. Food was fantastic and everything was seasoned really well. They were a pleasure to talk to and answered all of my queries quickly. We have a wedding coming up next year and Trini will be providing the food. Price was really good too.

From the start when we asked for a quote they were very helpful and worked with us to meet our requirements / budget.

They organised a taster for us and after tasting the food we booked them straight away.

They were very helpful all the way up to the big day making sure that all the details were sorted for us. On the day the staff were professional and the service went fantastic.

Everyone is still talking about the food and how good it was. We would recommend them to anyone!!!

Starting with a positive, the food was tasty. However, they arrived 2 hours later than the agreed time and did not bring all of the starters we had ordered and paid for. This was for a wedding so not very professional or acceptable for a pretty stressful day in itself. Also, due to lack of organisation on their part, the glasses ordered via them were mixed up with the bar glasses leaving an additional invoice to pay. After constantly requesting an explanation about why this has been so disorganised no clear answer has been given. All in all not a great experience.

We used Trini Caribbean Catering for our wedding in March 2012. They provided a fantastic service from the start designing a great Caribbean menu for us. On the day they were profesional and the food was amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection and the curry goat was the best we have ever tasted.

They offer Trinidadian style Caribbean food but also offer classics like Macaroni Pie and Rice and Peas.

We would use them again for any parties etc we are having.
