I booked this company from Rochester Kent for my wedding paying £450 for a popcorn machine and candy floss on a traditional cart and a chocolate fountain from 8pm to 11pm. They turned up late to set up and the chocolate fountain did not get going until 10pm and then it did not flow properly with the chocolate staying congealed on the bottom for most of the time. No traditional cart came but we just had the candy floss and popcorn machine on a table. This already spoilt the theme of my vintage wedding. Popcorn ran out after 15 mins and no more was available for over an hour. The candy floss was blue! Who wants blue at a wedding but worse so much dye was put in the sugar that all the children were covered in dark blue which was then transferred to their clothes. The youngsters operating the equipment were the most miserable you could imagine. I complained afterwards, and although the traditional cart was part of the contract, all I got was a grudging sorry. I then asked for a refund of £100 which is around 20% and my email has been ignored. Use this company at your peril. There are plenty of other better companies around.
