My wife and I decided to use Payal. At first we were very nervous as we had never heard of them them before and were relatively new to London. They delivered what they said they would do ie food was to die for so much better than we expected. The service was great ! However they are not cheap and they don't really negotiate. We both loved our wedding and have used them twice since then and have never disappointed,

Payal Events are are lot more than just a catering company. As soon as we enquires with their company at one of their reccommended venues they in their own words were " ON IT!!"

They provided everything that myself and my bride required on the day and gave us a few little surprises on the day with extra food items and cocktails - added to the personal touch which we received by their whole team!

Will be at the tip of my tounge whenever I hear of anyone getting married, great team, great personalities and amazing execution. You guys will succeed with everything you do! Keep up the good work

We chose Payal as the caterers/event managers for our wedding as they were an accredited supplier from the venue. They were at the high end of the cost spectrum but we decided to go with them as we hoped they would deliver a good service. I cannot begin to express my disappointment at how bad they were on the wedding day. They hadn't liased properly with the heating company and therefore the venue had insufficient heating. They were late to set up the venue and other suppliers subsequently told us that they were in shambles. They failed to follow our instructions for setting up the venue the way we wanted it and we spent our evening trying to rectify their mistakes. They were working off an old timetable and served drinks at the wrong time. The catering side was as bad: the waitors kept dropping glasses and the food arrived cold on the tables. To top it all off, when we confronted them, they were really defensive and refused to acknowledge their mistakes. PLEASE DO NOT use Payal for your wedding day - they completely ruined ours.
