We hired hands free catering for our wedding. I have to say I was very disappointed. A lady came to our home and did a trial menu which was very nice. In fact nothing like what she served our wedding guests. We decided to use our wedding cake as dessert, which the company lost so actually had to go to Tesco to buy cake for dessert. They also lost the favours that were to be put on the tables. The actual food was way below average. We were charged around forty pounds for each roast dinner and the quality was not as good as a local carvery that would have charged around five.

We explained our concerns and she became angry and abusive.

Absolutely would avoid this company. Did not even have the good grace to apologise for providing a poor service.

Spoe to this lady on the phone several times trying to make an appointment. She never called me back and when i finally did get to talk to her she was slurring her words. I jokingly asked if shehad been drinking, and she said 'what if i I work hard' and subjected meto a volley of abuse, shouting did I know who she was and rhymed off some of the so called celebrities she had catered for, even mentioning which ones employed heavy tactics to whoever may upset their favourite caterer.

Shocking experience, and very unprofessional, especially when she hadnt even got my business.!

Hands Free did the catering for our Wedding on the 10th Septermber 2011 and they were amazing.

Kim is an absolute star - no really she is, from helping chose the menu, to doing a taster session where we brought two friends along, to actually helping us work out our wedding day - she is more than a caterer.

All our guest all 200 of them commented how wonderful the food was and that the service was second to none - not once did they need to ask for their glass to be filled - the mark of truly attentive staff I think. Great taste, great portions -my family are still raving on about it today.

Hands free helped make our wedding something that people talk about long after.

I would recommend Hands Free Catering to anybody because whatever you ask for you get and you can ring last minute and still get a very good buffet. I use them quite a lot and have never had any complaints
