I have the reat fortune to work at a company where Excellence Catering is providing daily lunch options. The food has been consistently awesome and creative, and the service excellent. They were professional and delightful. Because the menu varies every week, we've had the chance to try lots of different items. If you have trouble choosing what to have them serve, here are some of my favorites: Curried turkey sliders; Butternut soup (light, with a whiff of pumpkin pie in the aroma); Steamed fish or chicken over coconut rice; Chicken, potato, ceam cheese soup; Ginger citrus chicken; *any* of the wide variety of tasty and unusual salads they make.

Ok, so just hire these folks, seriously, everything they've served has been excellent and creative.
