It is clear they have never catered for a wedding before.

After the disappointing event I contacted the company with picture evidence of their in competencies (soup/fly etc)in the hope of an apology explanation on there short coming. They replied with no apology and said they didn't agree with anything. How can you not agree to photo evidence? The staff were under age and this was evident by there lack of communication and serving skills. We were also charged a fine by the venue for missing items from the kitchen.

The napkins were PAPER and they failed to offer vegetarian dishes quoted. They blamed everything on children - this goes to show that they have never catered for a wedding, children exist.

They promised us the world and provided none of it. It you want a hassle free day with the service you paid for do not book with these unprofessional.
