There is no customer service whatsoever! The games they send are used games that they repackage. There are no security tags on the side of the cases that there are supposed to be on xbox games and 3 of the 4 games that were bought all said "not for resale" on the reverse. Total of 23 emails sent and not 1 single reply! Luckily payed through PayPal so did eventually get a refund. I would advise anyone thinking of buying from here to spend a few extra pounds and shop elsewhere…

I do not recommend purchasing from this site! I bought a game which was described as new. I sent numerous emails and facebook messaged and got no response. Now in a dispute with paypal. Awful customer service and are selling games described as new but just repackaged

I hope your reading this review prior to shopping at this site as I've experienced the same issue as others. Orders just tend to stay in 'pending' status and email queries are not responded to. Like they say if a price is too good to be true it probably is. If you've shopped at this site, I hope you have more success than me in getting your order fulfilled or getting a refund.

Potential customers should be advised that GalacticGames also appear under the "Online Entertainment Shops" category on Reviewcentre.com. There are many more reviews posted there, most far less complimentary. This company reseals used games and passes them off as new. They don't respond to emails, and it's impossible to get a refund. I am still waiting for a refund 3 months after requesting one. Game was also delivered a week late. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Cheap price and a great service. The product was delivered straight away and was sealed and covered in a cardboard parcel.
