Nasty mean spirited company that refused to return our deposit when we had to cancel the party we booked with them. We realised the entertainment would not be enjoyed by our children as they are too young - admittedly our mistake. However we tried to cancel within 7 days of booking - giving them 4 weeks to rearrange - and were told they would keep our £59 deposit despite them having plenty of time to ensure the host could make other arrangements. We now do not have enough money to book the birthday party we wanted for our children - disgraceful way to behave for a company supposedly dedicated to making children happy - shameful
