I booked Ace entertainment for my Daughters 5th birthday party. They agreed to be at the venue for 11am. They did not show till 11:20 and when you only have two hours it is a long time. The bouncy castle did not go up till 11:35 when most of my party guess had already arrived. When Roy (the owner) had ask me if everything was ok and for payment i mention that i could of done with him twenty mins earlier and pointed out that he was late. Well that was it. He went ballastic into front of all my family and friends and shouted at the children to get off the bouncy castle as he was taking it down. Myself and a lady who had booked the hall after me agreed with roy that we would pay half at the beginning at half when he came to collect. Still Roy would not calm down and proceeded to scream and shout in front of everybody. He completey back me into a corner so i had to pay the full amount of the castle would be taken down. I never normally write reviews but strongly feel this man should not be working in childrens parties. If you complain as i did today he will just put the phone down. I have a complaint with trading standards but beware this man is a disgrace!
