Little Devils Matrix Elite

I got this travel system last September and can not use now as my screw come out near my basket and made one side of my pram slanted and unsafe, I got two new screws sent out from little devils and both had come out again, also the rain cover don't fit over the pram fully ... wouldn't recommend!

Good, comfortable pushchair and carrycot. Looks great and its lightweight. Really easy to use on public transport and manoeuvre out and about. Cons: small shopping basket and no rain cover for car seat but overall a good buy.

it's been three weeks now and i still haven't received a travel system i ordered. when i wrote a first email asking what is going on i got an answer that the puhchair i ordered is out of stoke and will be delivered within a week but nothing happened, they even stopped replying to my emails. today i ve lost my patiance and opened dispute with Paypal and asked for my money to be refunded. don't waste your time and money with them, unfortunately i can't say anything about the quality but reading others reviews i cann tell that it's not worth it!!

Took a chance on buying item - great value for money - nice design and included all accessories needed. I drive so don't have to use the pram heavily. My daughter is now 18 months and I am still using the system along with a maxi cosi pearl iso fix car seat. The pram fits into the boot of my mini - so all in all god value.

I was really pleased with this product when i first bought it, it looked nice and was easy to push at first. After four weeks the welding came apart so the front wheel came off as i was going down stairs with my newborn in the carry cot. Customer service was really helpful and sent down a new pram, within 3 weeks the handle snapped. Had another pram delivered within the next month this happened again as i was crossing a road. The owner started to become really rude and would insinuate we were miss using the pram. He finally agreed to send down a new pram which was a newer model but an ex display so shouldn't have the same problems and we agreed that that would be fine. When it was delivered it was Dirty, had obvious signs of wear and tear, a very noticable hand stitching job on the basket and the wrong colour hood. He finally sent a new hood and basket after refusing to give a refund and the bar has now broken. I am a working parent with a car this pram is rarely used in 10 months i have had 5 prams and all have been substandard and unsafe. Do not waste your money.

have spent received it end of april as baby was due may the back of my carrycot dropped so couldnt use it company sent me out another one now my baby is in the buggy which is rubbish it doesnt even lye back straps dont adjust to his size had to fone company to get a new front wheel as other one was all bent now my left wheel keeps locking im need to stop like every 2 mins to put it back on swivel which is really annoying my frame is not sturdy been trying to email the company but its wierd how my emails arent sending and phoned several times and left messages but still no reply also my buggy doesnt lock into the left handside which i dont think that is safe at all my baby is only 18 weeks a would av thout it would av lasted longer than this and now i have took it further as i have had to buy a new buggy and would like to get a refund so i wouldnt recomend anybody to little devils direct

I have copied and pasted this review on a couple of forums because I think people should know how disappointing this product is. My £300 could have gone towards a much better quality pram.

I purchased the Matrix Elite Travel System after a long time of deliberating a few other options. I chose this pram because it was exactly what I was looking for. A travel system, everything in, light weight and at a great price. I really now wish that I had purchased something else.

When I bought the pram it was delivered within a couple of days. Left it at my grandparents all boxed up. then a week before baby was due we put it together. We used it a handful of times and one of the legs broke. A screw had snapped. I contacted Little Devils Direct and emailed them photos. They arranged pick up, fixed it and delivered it back to me at no cost. The only problem being because I live on the Channel Islands I was without a pram for 4 weeks!! Their customer service was brilliant, really apologetic and kept in contact the whole way through. Their customer service is the only thing I give them credit for.

Since getting the pram back I have had nothing but problems with it, I really do regret buying it.

1 - You have to take the front wheels off to collapse the pram. Not Ideal

2 - The locks to lock the front wheels or to have them swivel... lock. So you have to constantly stop to unlock them!

3 - The shopping basket underneath the pram scrapes the floor when you have shopping in it. So you have to carry it.

4 - Its unbalanced. When I've had shopping in the basket (before it started scraping) and the change bag over the handles, you have to be careful that it doesn't tip too far back because it will go.

I haven't started using the buggy part of the pram yet because that can only be used from 6 months. I'm sure I will find something wrong with this too!!

I would not recommend this product to anyone else. I also wouldn't even sell this onto someone else!.. I couldn't.

I bought a MATRIX ELITE PUSHCHAIR/TRAVEL SYSTEM from little devils. The pram has been purchase by my mum as a gift.

The pram wasn't in stock waited long time to get it. She bough the pram 2 months before baby's due so wasn't a big problem.

The pram has good looking and was also easy to put, but unfortunately nothing else. After 3 months using it back wheel came off and chassis begin wobbly.

I certainally wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I ALSO FOUND OUT, THAT LITTLE DEVILS MATRIX IS MADE IN CHINA, don't waste your maney
